As we near the close of a very difficult 2024, the Editorial Committee of the EFRJ has chosen to dedicate this final newsletter to the theme Just Times: Restorative Justice Responses in Dark Times, inspired by the EFRJ 12th International Conference held in Tallinn this past May.

Geneva – On 15-16 January, The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) collaborated with the Convention against Enforced Disappearances Initiative (CEDI)* and other leading organizations to convene the first World Congress on Enforced Disappearances (WCED)

Today, SOMO is launching the CSDDD Datahub – a database containing the corporate groups, subsidiaries, home countries, and sectors of the companies that will need to comply with the CSDDD when it enters into force.
