BALA RAJU NIKKU , Sr.lecturer, University Sains Malaysia & founding Director of Nepal school of Social Work

Bala Raju Nikku was born in 1970, in Budithi village, Srikakulam District in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Born in an agriculture based family gave a first hand experience of rural life and society. He had to leave the village in pursuit of higher studies that offered insights in to the urban realities. He graduated in Master of Arts in Social Work from Nagarjuna University in 1994 and secured University fifth rank. He pursued further higher education and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Planning with specialization on Regional Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad in 1999.
