The Declaration on Human Rights Defenders and other resources

To this end, FORUM-ASIA has produced a booklet explanatory of the Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognised Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom, commonly referred to as the Declaration on human rights defenders.

This booklet aims to emphasise the role and rights of human rights defenders as well as the responsibilities of others towards them, and to provide practical information to enhance their security.
