A very interesting project called Inclusive Mindset promoted in Italy by Sodalitas, Fondazione Adecco per le Pari Opportunità, e INNPRONTA can be considered a best practice on ways to promote employability of youths with disabilities in the job market. Long run perspectives and investing on creating a new understanding of disabilities among executives is a key to succeed.

We need to ensure a fair representation of persons living with disabilities in the Constituent Assembly.The universal declaration of human rights has secured the right to take part in the government directly or through their representative as one of the important human rights of each human being. National Federation of the Disabled-- Nepal, NFDN is strongly campaigning for this to happen.
